Patron Hara is a qualified Indonesian lawyer who is based in Jakarta. His main areas of practice are banking and finance, aviation, mergers and acquisitions, and investment. He has advised banks, financial institutions and other companies on Indonesian law matters. He has been involved in various cross border financing deals and specialises in advising clients in the aviation industry.
Patron is recognized as a Notable Practitioner for banking and finance in Asialaw Leading Lawyers’ 2020 edition. He is “one to watch” (The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, 2018) and is also described by clients as “every in-house counsel’s dream associate” (The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, 2016).
Previously, Patron worked for the Jakarta associate office of a prominent international law firm, where he was a member of the aviation practice recognised by Asian-Mena Counsel as the Indonesian Aviation Firm of the Year for 2016 following a survey of 1,300 in-house counsels across Asia. He previously also worked for a top tier Indonesian law firm for a number of years.
Patron obtained his law degree from the University of Indonesia and graduated cum laude with a master’s degree in management, majoring in finance, from the same university.
