IKRA Represented Various Aircraft Lessors in Garuda Indonesia PKPU Proceeding

IKRA represented a number of leading global aircraft lessors representing the stakes in twenty three (23) aircraft in PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk’s US$10 billion debt restructuring, being one of the largest court-assisted airline restructurings in Asia region. The composition plan for the restructuring was approved by the majority creditors of the airline on 17 June 2022, and subsequently ratified by the Commercial Court of Jakarta on 27 June 2022.
